The Anti Hype

Friday Golf. What could be better when yesterday morning I thought I’d be working today?

This is without doubt one of the major advantages of working for yourself and from home. You call the shots when to work.

But, as I predicted yesterday:

It rained!

It was erratic. 11 over for the front 9 but only 4 over for the back 9.

There are times when I love this game (birdie on the par 4 stroke index 1) and times when I think should stick to watching it (8 on the par 5 8th – 2nd shot in greenside bunker – 5 from there — aaaaaarrrghhhh!)

Back in the home office – brilliant – no nightmares to sort out.

Write a few posts before watching Spurs v Celtic on the TV. (Did I mention I’m a Tottenham supporter? There that’s alienated a few million!)

Tough life at times!

Rain is forecast.  Just Brilliant! Lovely weather all week, golf planned for first thing tomorrow and it looks like I’m getting wet!

I played 9 holes by myself last week. Short course but par 36 and I hit 3 over.

That’s great for me.

Hoping for something similar tomorrow but just as likely to be 23 over!
